PANOMYTHIC FRAGMENTS”

The idea of copying life forms and creating animate organisms in images, the features of which determined thoroughly by us, has raised a possibility that has been described in several myths and legends; from soulless Golems of the ancient worlds, to figures created in today’s most popular computer games, from that notion of “robot” which dominates our reality today (see: food processors: “robots” in our kitchens), to “cyborgs”, anthropoid machines as elements of science fiction, and of course, to Frankenstein and narratives of the Bible about Adam’s being brought to life in the image of God from red clay and the legend he was dragged along to as he took the fruit of life from the tree of knowledge with Lilith’s “help”.

Thus, legendary narratives dating back to ancient times have interwoven the dynamics and cities of the modern world and every system related with and/or inspired by the past.

Consequently, all these happenings have brought about the desire in the human mindto put forward brand new creations. The human has started to concretize in all their works and projects, and based on that, synthesise over again.

Panomythicfragments consists of familiar expressions of that cycle.
